I am in my second year studying Occupational Therapy, though Otago but we are lucky to have a campus at Wintec, Hamilton.
The learning of a new hobby in my spare time has made me think deeply about old furniture being given a chance to start again. This is a similar metaphor to how my life journey has come to be with me being lost, forgotten and without real use or meaning.
Through a chance comment with a friend, I was introduced to Occupational Therapy studies and now this journey is helping me blossom again, and like tired old furniture, I am finding by sanding back my layers I am creating a whole new me, version 2.0.
And that picture of Hamilton, I took it the other day from the plane when I flew in. It is such a beautiful and cool little city đŸ™‚
